Second self-recording

Hi Mary,
I lost 5 kilos but I am continue overweight. I did want to publish another video here, but I am so tired that I decided put the video the way it is.
I confess that I saw an improvement from the first video to the second. My pronunciation is much better. It is not perfect, because it never will be. But I believe I said all sentences clearly. I could not find anything that I should say in a different way. Maybe because my English is not as good as yours :).

Andrew: Good afternoon Renata
Me: Hi Andrew
Andrew: Hi, how are you?
Me: I am fine. Thank you.
Andrew: I couldn’t see you yesterday.
Me: Yes. I was sick.
Andrew: I couldn’t come too.
Me: So, what’s happened?
Andrew: Ah...yes...my son was sick. So my wife went to... so I should take care of him.
Me: So, what’s happened?
Me: He’s better? (Is he better?)
Andrew: Yes. He is much better than yesterday. We went to the hospital yesterday. But I think my home the boiler was broke, so he was all the time without heater. So we’re freezing...
Me: How old is he?
Andrew: Three... he is much better. Okay I spoke long... First question: I would like to know how you loose your weight?
Me: How I could loose my weight? Okay, my first step, my first decision was starting exercise. So I have (an) elliptical at my home that I bought more than a year ago and I never used it. So I decided to start using my elliptical. So I am trying everyday exercise minimum of 30 min. So it is a starting. I know it is a process. I cannot think that I am going to be, you know, an Olympic athlete in few days, because I don’t like to exercise. I am more a computer person. But I know that it is very important for my health, so exercise... and also I eat healthy but I am trying to eat more... no, I am trying to eat healthier. So I cut red meat, I cut chicken too, so “it’s” my lunch is basically fish and beans, rice, (and) salads... you know, fresh food. Not oil, I don’t put oil anymore... and I think that’s it. Eat health and exercise. It have (has) been a challenge. It is not easy. For me it is not easy. Because I don’t eat junk food but I like muffins, I like sweet things... you know, I like cake. So stuffs that make you fat. Bread. I cut the bread. No bread anymore for me. I am trying to eat pita, because pita does not have the inside part of the bread.
Andrew: It is a different kind of bread. Because look similar...
Me: Yep, but they are different. I don’t like the bread they sell in the market , like in the bag. I don’t like it. I like the fresh bread they make in the bakeries. So they have Hebrew bread they call challah. So my “husband”....daughter studies in a Jewish school so every Friday, every Thursday I stopped in the Jewish bakery and buy... used to buy the challah... But not anymore. No challah for me.
Andrew: Actually, I also want loose my weight.
Me: Why?
Andrew: Because I brought... I came here one year ago, and that time was thin and nowadays... this days my clothes don’t fit to my body...
